GDPR Principles Article 5 of the GDPR requires that personal data shall be: –

e) kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed; personal data may be stored for longer periods insofar as the personal data will be processed solely for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes in accordance with Article 89(1) subject to implementation of the appropriate technical and organisational measures required by this Regulation in order to safeguard the rights and freedoms of the data subject (‘storage limitation’)
f) processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures (‘integrity and confidentiality’). Subject Access Requests Under Article 15 of the GDPR, an individual has the right to obtain from the controller, confirmation as to whether personal data concerning them is being processed

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by contacting us. Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests. If you make a request, we will try our best to respond to you as soon as possible.

- If you disclose knowledge of a child at risk of abuse or being abused, I am mandated to report this information to An Tulsa or the Gardai or both if required.
- During the course of our work together, if it is considered that you are likely to endanger or cause harm to either yourself or another person, I will contact your next of kin or an outside authority such as your GP or the Guards. This will be agreed upon in my counselling agreement.
